东莞仲裁委员会系司法部依法批复，广东省司法厅批准，在东莞市委市政府领导下，由东莞市政府统一组建，为解决合同纠纷和其他财产权益纠纷提供公益性服务的非营利法人，是东莞唯一的仲裁机构。

　　2021年3月正式对外受案，并启用位于东莞市东城街道东宝路124号的办公区，为广大民商事主体提供更完备方便的办公场所和更优质高效的仲裁法律服务。

　　东莞仲裁委秉持“专业高效、优质服务”的理念，立足东莞、面向大湾区、辐射国内外，致力为广大民商事主体提供高效、便利、经济、优质的仲裁法律服务，为东莞市和粤港澳大湾区多元化纠纷解决机制不断完善和法治化营商环境持续优化发挥积极作用。

The Dongguan Arbitration Commission (DGAC), approved by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC and the Department of Justice of Guangdong Province, operates under the leadership of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. It is a non-profit legal entity established by the Dongguan Municipal Government to provide public services for resolving contractual disputes and other property rights disputes, serving as the sole arbitration institution in Dongguan.

In March 2021, the DGAC moved into the Dongguan Public Legal Service Centre to accept cases from the public. In November 2021, the DGAC started using its office located at No. 124, Dongbao Road, Dongcheng Street, Dongguan City, providing a more elegant and comfortable environment and more convenient and complete facilities for the wide range of civil and commercial entities to handle cases.

The DGAC upholds the philosophy of "professional efficiency and quality service." Rooting in Dongguan, facing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and radiating influence both domestically and internationally, the DGAC strives to provide comprehensive arbitration legal services to a wide range of civil and commercial entities. The DGAC plays an active role in the continuous improvement of diversified dispute resolution mechanisms in Dongguan City and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as in the ongoing optimization of the law-based business environment.
